All lies and no help from Takealot

We ordered a game from Takealot beginning of this year. The game was postponed due to the lockdown. They newer changed the date of delivery to the new date, we ordered the game for COD, when the game was released they did not delivered the game, after we phoned they said that they do not accept cash anymore and because we did not pay the game yet, they canceled the game, nobody contacted us about this, after we paid for the game they said that they will deliver it as soon as possible. We waited, but nothing, later they said that we were not home and the driver did not deliver and took the package back. He was at the wrong address, he did not even call us. This place is all lies. Know we paid for a very expensive game, and we still have nothing. We will NEVER order from them again.
