All I Want Is My Money Back , Awful Service

I never received the product it is still with the courier guys , I have processed a refund for a Casio watch which I have ordered on the 20th December 2018 (Order Reference # ********** 6) & still; till this day there's nothing reflecting into my account.

I have asked for a refund on the order number on the 24th December & communicated with over 5 different agents via email advising as to how long this refund would take.

The service I have been receiving from Take a lot, I would say is disgusting. I would like my money back & I can guarantee you I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE (OR ADVISE ANYONE TO) OFF THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.
