AKEALOT IS TAKING A LOT OF CHANCES!!!

They don't even deserve a single star!!!

I am writing this while I'm livid and extremely disappointed. Takealot takes its customers for a ride! This is actually the third time I've ordered and paid extra for the "Next Day Delivery" items from Takealot, and right after paying, they change the delivery date to six days' time. I bought the items specifically because they were going to be delivered sooner, and I bought them for my neighbour's birthday, which is in two days' time. What the hell am I to do with a present that comes days after the actual event?

The last time I requested a refund, they didn't refund me my "Next Day Delivery" delivery fee. I had to keep wasting my airtime phoning them to process it, which was only finalised after three weeks or so! I am upset because that's false advertising and making false promises about the delivery. We do not order from Takealot because we are bored or stupid! We order because we want convenience and trust they will deliver, but they are FAILING BIG TIME!
