Airtime **** on takealot - no reply despite 3 faults logged

I paid R1000 for vodacom airtime through Takealot and they emailed me a voucher that had already been redeemed. I have since logged 3 complaints (***3, ***0 and ***3) over the last 5 days and no one has got back to me. Shocking service from Takealot. I will never support this ********* company ever again, they have blatantly ****** R1000 from me and can't be bothered to take it seriously.
