Aggressive driver and Take a lot is ok with him being that way with customers

The driver arrived extremely aggressive, shouting at my wife and acting irrational.

He then quickly back off when I stepped in.

I send a complaint to Take a lot and they brush right past the complaint and want to explain the returns process to me.

It's scary to think that Take a lot would be ok with their drivers being disrespectful, rude and aggressive to any customer, more especially a female customer.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!
