Agents puts phone down, No Refund, No Client Service

Phone the call Centre and the service there is to write home to. Phone was put down in my ear 6 times already. Full of empty promises and makes up their own rules as they go along. Very unprofessional. Returned 3 items from the 18th still awaiting for my REFUND!!!??? MRRN-BZ4PP-WYEZ and MRRN-47WGX-KBB7 I need to do more purchases as I purchase regular from Takealot, but the way it is going now I will buy somewhere else!!!! **** Service and No Refund till NOW!!!!
