Again... delivery delay

<p>I oreder items on the 30th of November and the promised delivery date was 05 December. I am still waiting for feedback after calling every day to find my parcel. Every day I have to hear tomorrow or that it's being escalated to the couriers. I am fed up now calling 2 or 3 times a day and waiting for my parcel not being able to go anywhere in case they pitch up. I wanted to cancel my order now and refund my account only to hear that I can't as the parcel is already with the courier. I am furious. I want my order CANCELLED and my Takealot.com account credited. </p>
