Again aftersales is letting me down

<p>Unfortunately bought a faulty phone from Takealot, that can happen to any supplier but the follow up by Takealot is again very disappointing. The process:</p> <p>1. Logged a return request.</p> <p>2. Pickup - Appointment 1: Phone got picked up, according to service department accesoires didn't need to be sent back.</p> <p>3. Pickup - Appointment 2: Accesoires needed to be returned. No show of MrD.</p> <p>4. Pickup - Appointment 3: Accesoires picked up.</p> <p>5. Return - appointment 4: Phone returned without the packaging (and no accesoires).</p> <p>6. Contact with customer service: Reply: Something went wrong inprocessing the return, let's pickup the phone again.</p> <p>7. Pickup - Appointment 5: Driver late, spent a whole day waiting. Phone picked up again.</p> <p>8. 6 weeks after initial service request, still no phone. Customer service has the audacity to say that it was my own fault as the first service request was concluded properly and I wanted the phone to go to the manufacturer and these are normal processing times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Step 9 is pretty obvious. Never ever buying at Takealot again, pricing isn't as competitive anyway.</p>
