After waiting for more than a week Take a lot cancels my order .

On the 24 November 2017, i placed an order for a Goal Zero Yeti 400 Power Bank, i made the payment on the day because the product was over R7000 COD, I was told to expect the delivery on the 07 December 2017. I waited for over a week for my order. On the 04 December 2017 i get an email that informs me that the order has been cancelled. I did not even receive a courtesy call to explain the situation or to check if i do not need anything else. I get that the money is credited on my profile but a courtesy call would have been appreciated under these circumstances.
