After sales service bad

I bought an iron yesterday and when I got home I realized I was given the wrong iron I then went on the app and logged the return this morning I phoned them and was told that they waiting for the correct iron to arrive. At 3pm today I called them again and now I was told a whole different story about the iron must be sent away and then only It can be swapped out they quick to make a sale but the call center agents can't even assist u properly bad service
