After 18 days of promised delivery via courier - no parcel no feedback no money

<p> My parel was scheduled for delivery the 1st. Promised via email. But on the 2nd still no delivery. Afte another enquirey with much apologies delivery is promised for the 5th.... "because the courier driver couldn't make it".<br />The 5th came and gone away again no delivery. TODAY is already the 19th. What is the reason?? No feedback. No correspondence. I always used to get the parcel the next day after ordering. <br />I think this parcel never left your warehouse. <br />If it was true that "the driver just couldn't make it" on the 1st.... and then the 5th... And the parcels is with him, why should he then take yet another 11 days days to deliver? <br />Somewhere someone has been lying and nou there is a cover up. Because it was promised the 1st and then the 5th. Then the 8th? If the parel is with the driver as was told to me. Every excuse is different. Lestine Arendse, Boniswa Gaba and Akeeda Galant all gave a different delivery date and a different excuse. Still. No delivery. Appalling service.</p>
