Advertising branded items, delivering cheap knock offs

I ordered 2x original Deluxe Magic Pads from takealot @R399 each, instead they delivered some cheap non original knock off product, not even the deluxe knock off... that they sell for R149 each. No communication from them beforehand regarding unavailability of originally ordered product, nothing, The quality of the delivered product is also fairly bad considering I paid for the original Magic Pad (branded) item
