**** advertising and poor customer service

I bought a laptop with a **** advertised combo. When I returned with the missing items they **** and said its no longer in store yet same product is still advertised with a different sale price. I received an email that my account was credited and 5 days later am still waiting and there's no sign of refund nor return of the laptop with the missing items even after countless emails that I will accept the package with missing items. I am losing business and money with this delay. I've spoken to several useless supervisors that could not resolve my query instead they took me from pillar to post. They are so *********** they don't even respond emails. They don't put client's interests first. I will take this to retail ombudsman
