Adverti*****t was misleading theafter customer service is poor

They advertised various cellphones as a "January cellphone special". A few days before January ended they changed the prices. I asked them about this and their representatives are unable to understand the query. They keep saying its a daily deal which it was not. THe phones were on special for many days. I assumed that if its still January i could get the phone at the end of the month, but Takealot removed the special prior to the end of January. I am disappointed at the poor communication from Takealot in solving this matter.

They offer no interest in resolving the matter. Why cant they just investigate it? This has changed my opinion of them and i will now use other online stores such as Makro etc.
