Advertised as new product but got second hand product

Guys please be aware when buying products i have purchase a 2 ton jack while being overseas and when i got back i opened it and it was a used product with cable ties on as well as the jack was used. They took my money and wont offer a replacement said their support team because it was not opened in the 7 days absolute *****, how could i when i was oveseas? I Suggest viewing the product as soon as it arrives!!! i tried to get a replacement but the support office refused.!!! never buying here again
