Its strange to realise how takealot.com has fallen. As opposed to my experience with them, the order I placed last Wenesday, Feb 28, 2018 has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. It was to be delivered today. I got a message in the morning that it will be delivered between 8am -5pm. I got another to confirm same. Strangely the next message was that I was not home to receive it when they tried to deliver same. All effort through twitters and facebook to get their said Brakenfell warehouse details so I can go fetch it myself since its Friday has made me doubt what is actually the matter. I have not been out of my gate today, so was the driver in which address? If there was any attempt to deliver my parkage, what is so difficult in getting their so called Brakenfell details? I didnt ask for refund of currier cost, but rather than wait for next week, let me incovinience myself and go fetch it. ADIU TAKEALOT.COM
