Accusing me of PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Over the Easter week end I got ****** and my bag was grabbed from me luckily I could save my purse and the tablet that was in my bag because I had people around me and the ****** got away with just my cell phone. When he grabbed my bag the tablet fell to the ground and the screen cracked, I Blacklist the cell and did what I could, I called [URL Removed] and advise them about this, I even explain the lady that helped me what has happened and asked her should I get proof of what I have said because not even the police will be able to get the ****** due to this happened on the street.
