Accusation of theft

<p>I bought a Lenovo tablet on Black Friday from takealot. When i received the tablet it did not have a place where i can put my simcard. I logged the matter with takealot and asked for the item to be replaced. The delivery man came to collect the item from me. When he collected the item, inside the box was the tablet and a speaker. Few days later takealot tells me that they did not receive the speaker. I send an email to say the speaker was inside the box. It's been three weeks and i'm still fighting to have my tablet exchanged. Takealot is accusing me of not returning the speaker which i'm adamant i did. Today Tasneem Isaacs asked me for proof that the speaker was in the box. This is the responsibility of the delivery man not mine. I am disgusted by the service at takelot. It's been three weeks and i still don't have my tablet which i paid fully for. I've always been skeptical about online shopping and takealot just showed me why i shouldn't trust online shopping.
