Account refund.

Hi. I have been sending mutliple emails for my Takealot credit return. I bought a juicer however it decide not to work anymore. I return thr product and received an email if i would like my refund via my card of parchace or my ewallet account. I selected my ewallet account. Its been more than 3 weeks and no amount is reflecting on my account. Send emails i have not yet been assisted. What must happen?
