Account Hacked, Lack of security IT support from TakeAlot

TakeAlot need to relook at immediate contact details in the event of security breaches. I received a credit on my TakeAlot account Fri, 7 June '24. A few hours later I received email notifications of purchases on my TakeAlot Account, someone was busy purchasing MTN Airtime Vouchers on my profile with the credit available, the strange thing is they bought Airtime matching the credit amount. I changed my password and activated 2-step authentication. TakeAlot does not have an emergency number in the event of security breaches, I've send an email using the info available to TakeAlot, it's 3 days later and the response from TakeAlot: "We have escalated your request to our security team for further investigation. We will be in touch with you as soon as their investigation is concluded with an update and resolution." The time TakeAlot wakes up and support customers, accounts will be empty! In summary I lost faith in TakeAlot's webpage security, I am hesitant to use TakeAlot going forward, due to the lack of IT/SECURITY support, no one to contact immediately and slow responses, no system in place for security breaches...
