Account credited instead of refunded

I ordered a keyboard and was sent a printer toner drum. I didn't make a fuss. I logged a return which was processed. I received communication via email asking me to respond about whether I would like a credit or a refund and I responded saying I want a refund. My takealot account has been credited instead of the money being refunded to me. Please fix this. I would like to source the product which you no longer have, somewhere else
