Accident with a Motorcycle of Takealot

A Motor cycle driver of takealot bumped into my brand new car, registering 1400 km on the clock, on 4 August 2022. After many correspondences with the Brackenfell Branch of takealot, the Company was not prepared to pay for the repairs of my damages!! The driver of the Motor Cycle admitted to be at fault and after a long fight, the Company was only prepared to foot the bill of the excess payment!! They forced me to use my own Insurance Company , which I did not wanted to do, as I had an excellent claim history and therefore qualified for a better rate. In the end, I had to settle for a "CHEAP" Service Provider , as my Insurance Company was only prepared to settle for half of the damages to my brand new car. The dealings with TAKEALOT was so pathetic and the struggle to find anyone to listen to one's complaints, was even worse than flying to the moon!!
