Accessories mysteriously disappeared upon return to Warehouse

I fell for the Huawei Y7p with Bluetooth Earphones and SD card. upon receiving, I noticed the camera quality is worse that my J5 when it is supposed to be 48mp. i went on a IMEI Check website and my suspicions were correct. the phone I receive was a ****. the brand discription on the website was of a P40 lite and on the other website a Samsung. so I requeste a return immediately and it was collected after sealing everything in the box with Return Number on box on Monday. on Wednesday at 10 I get an email saying I did not include Accessories and if I fail to send it my return would be declined. Is this How they do business? ******* their customers and when one is lucky enough to notice before the 7 days, they look for another way to ***** our money? because that is what it is. So what will happen now? Someone at Takelot goes home with Earphones and SD card that I paid for and the they return that piece of S*** phone to me? and it is almost impossible to get through to Customer Care. I want my money back and I am willing to go through any extent that they want.
