Absoulty shocking service / communication

I ordered a birthday and mothers day gift , only to have to wait when only half the gift arrived it was incomplete with no instructions or seeds pkts marked so have no idea what was contained in the box , secondly the wine that was ordered didnt arrive only to b told it was error at pick on warehouse then this morning received an mail saying ordered was cancelled as per my request which is ******* when called I got told the item was no longer available which added to my frustration then I I speak to 2 different operators who told me to replace my order and they will waiver the new delivery charge I then receive a payment reminder so I mailed back refusing to pay for this as it was their mess up and now haven't heard anything back really shocking service and a great way to ruin a birthday gift
