Absolutly unacceptable

Placed and paid for my order on the 5th of Nov 2019, It is finally delivered on the 19th of Nov 2019, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and the person that signed for it a "Thabelo". HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO SOMEONE ELSE???? My name and number is on the package...... I paid for it and now somebody else gets to use it???
