Absolutly pathetic service.

Never had issues with takealot, but now I bought all my christmass presents from them. Pay and delivery date is the next day. Went to track my order, change the delivery date to the 24th of Dec. Takes two weeks to get 8 items, fine I understand but I wanted to change the shipping address, nope no such option. Online help? Nope doesn't work because we don't make millions to get that to work. Call line? nope covid excuse go to online help which doesn't work. What a disgusting display of service from a multi million Rand company.
