Absolutely useless support team

Here's another problem with Takealot. I created an account and somehow the website created an email address for me instead of using my intended email address. My phone number is correct and that was verified but I now cannot log into the account because apparently, that email address is (myname)@takealot.com and when I go tot the "forgot password" option, the only option is to send an email recovery link but that email address does not exist and I obviously cannot get access to it. There is no one that work at the branch who knows how to fix this and as a matter of fact, they are all just dumbfounded. Their support team sent me the same generic email address response on how to recover the lost password without even reading the description in the request because it they did, they would have seen that I do not have access to that non existent email address.
