Absolutely Useless

I ordered a Wenco Toilet brush and holder that they have on special. The first time I only received the holder without the toilet brush. Logged a return and asked for a replacement only to get just the holder item again! Logged a return and requested a replacement yet again. Actually got an email from them asking for images of the delivery so that they are clear on what went wrong and what is missing. After this I was hoping that I will actually get the full item on the 3rd time?? Well, NO! AGAIN only the holder! How useless and stupid can one company be with such a SIMPLE order!
