Absolutely useless

an item broke in a month sent it back,collected and then return was cancelled, after a month of fighting the item was lost at warehouse and then when found they asked me to return charge cable(21june) it was collected on 22 june,now 29 june i get the item back saying declined due to missing items which are now in there possession Absolutely useless in sorting out issues, having to deal with multi pal persons is a nightmare
