Absolutely useless!!

I return an UNOPENED box to takealot after it had been delivered. By unopened I mean the takealot box itself had not been opened and was returned immediately. They decline the return based on the item (being underwear) having been opened. I dispute this and explain that the box was not even opened so how could the item be opened. They return it back to me. I open the box and low and behold the unwear has infact been opened. Yet again, I return it only for the return to be declined AGAIN. So they won't accept an opened package of underwear but expect me to accept it???? I have dealt with so many different agents, I've lost count!!
