Absolutely unprofessional
Ordered on the 9th November, Monday. Goods supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Nothing came, phoned about 9 times, no help. Promised me Friday afternoon or after hours it will be delivered, all lies. Team leader was no help either, they say it will only be delivered on Monday, ONE WEEK LATER!! Told them I don't want their goods because I hadto double buy the same items from another source.wasted my money with [URL Removed] Will never buy again. Probably wasted 100 bucks just on airtime, holding on the line waiting to be transferred around like an idiot. Very unprofessional and highly unacceptable. <br>

It's unacceptable for us to not deliver your parcel to you as expected and then not provide you with a reason or feedback as to the reason why. Our team will need a bit of time to take this up with the relevant departments, but they'll be in touch to assist with this matter soonest. The last thing we want to do is waste our customers' time. We apologise for the below par experience and will make sure this is resolved ASAP.
