Absolutely unhappy with takealot.com

I am not happy with my recent interaction with takealot.com. I placed an order on Monday 8 November 2021 @ about 9:30am for express delivery. The order was received at 16:10pm of the same day. I opened the box as soon as it arrived only to find that 1. the box with the product was inside a used "ziplock" bag and sellotape was used to secure the box, 2. there was only one item in the box instead of two items (as advertised when I placed the order). This led me to believe that the order delivered to me was possibly someone else's return and no one bothered to check if all the items were in the box when the product was returned by the previous buyer. I logged a return of the product on Monday 8 November 2021 @ 16:18 (8 minutes after I received the product). I received feedback from takealot @ around 19:30pm of the same day asking for images of the product. These were sent through on Tuesday 9 November @ 7:30am (as I had left the product at the office the previous day). It is now over 24 hours later and still no response. This is absolutely unacceptable as express orders aren't exactly cheap and I needed this urgently - otherwise I would have settled for the standard delivery option.
