Absolutely TERRIBLE Service

Terrible customer service and unresolved return. I purchased a 3D printer from Takealot that developed a major factory fault after two months. I have been trying to resolve the return, but the service has been appalling. I am repeatedly promised that agents will get back to me by the end of the business day with updates, but I hear nothing. Every time I call, I have to speak to a new person and repeat the entire story from the beginning. There is a total lack of communication and accountability regarding my return.
