Absolutely terrible customer relations, zero response to emails or messages

I ordered a 10000mah iPhone power bank, received a 5000mah nesty power bank instead and to date have received absolutely zero communication from takealot on replacing the item with the correct purchase. I now get a message saying they will refund me, which is absolutely NOT the preferred outcome. Customer care is useless, doesn’t respond to any messages or queries and this is now the third product I’ve purchased that they’re now going to refund. My office looks like a ****ing distribution hub at this point and takealot refuses to be helpful in the slightest or respond to any messages whatsoever. I expect them to be better than this
