Absolutely shocking service - item still not delivered in over 3 1/2 weeks

I returned my Fitbit on 27th November as it was not charging to the Ottery Road warehouse. I then received a notification that it was in fact charging and that the return had therefore been declined. I accepted their decision and was told that they would deliver the item to me within a few days. It is now the 23rd December and despite numerous mails backwards and forwards, assurances on their part that it will be delivered, I have still not had delivery!!! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable and apart from this, there is no call centre or phone number where you can get hold of these people. I have always been a big supporter of Takealot, but after this, I will never buy from them again. This is absolutely shocking.
