Absolutely SHOCKING service

Shocking aftersales service. Takealot takes my money IMMEDIATELY when ordering. But when you return something they drag their feet. Delay fetching of item. Then after they delay like 3 days, they tell me 3-5 days for refund. Why? Companies like Woolworths (just as big) refunds next day. But I'm entering day 4 and NO refund. Nevermind they DON'T refund me the R200 etc bucks for large item deliveries 🤷🏽♀️ that is apparently MY problem. Clearly the very large amount of money I spend there every month means nothing.... So do I then stop supporting Takealot?
