Absolutely shocking service

On Black Friday, I ordered items that were on sale and some items that were for gifts. Delivery was supposed to take place on the 5th of December. I kept getting messages that my order will be delivered by 5pm everyday. And then messages saying that it will be rescheduled. My daughter's birthday was on the 8th, and two of the items was her gifts. I felt terrible that I hadn't received the items to give to her on her birthday. On the 11th I all of a sudden started getting return notices, saying that my items were returned. I didn't even request the returns, but it was returned. I have spoken to 5 different consultants and not one has come back to me. When I wanted to re-order some of the items, I couldn't because they had no stock and I couldn't get it at the same price for which it was offered on Black Friday. I have dealt with them for many years and have been so happy with their service. But today I can say that I am very dissapointed in the way they have handled my queries. In today's time, businesses should do everything in their power to ensure that they can meet their promises. This type of service is not acceptable.
