Absolutely shocking customer service

I'm honestly so disappointed at the service level of take alot so pathetic. I placed an order for a TV on Thursday 29/06/2023 and I scheduled delivery for Sunday 02/07/2023, on Sunday I receive an sms saying my delivery has been shipped from the warehouse and will be delivered before 17h00... I waited the whole day and no delivery or communication apologizing or even stating when I will now receive my parcel because the schedule I made was not honored. Monday I'm at work and receive a call from a driver stating he is outside my home which is the requested delivery address so I advise him I am at work and he says I will have to reschedule my delivery, I then reschedule for Tuesday 04/07/2023 and guess what I still have not received the delivery of my TV that I have ****ing paid for
