Absolutely poor service - think they have the monopoly

Going from bad to worse…. They feel they can decide which items to send you if they don’t have the item you ordered in stock and then you have to wait for the return to be received by them before sending you the actual item you ordered. Absolutely pathetic, will never order from them again. And then there is the issue of multiple suppliers providing the same item with different pricing, be careful which supplier you select, item prices can differ dramatically. No regulation on their part. Hope there will be a similar company taking over soon!
