ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC WASTE OF TIME!!!

Waited all day for delivery as they just say before 5pm. They sent the wrong product so o e dat wasted while waiting. They just schedule a collection without answering my query or apologising or asking if it suits me, so another day to be wasted, after that another day of waiting for the correct product up hopefully be delivered. What’s the point of online shopping if you wait for three days at home for one simple product to be delivered?!? Time for Amazon to open so this pathetic place can be ignored! ITS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
