Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service lately.

Items show in stock at time of purchase,delivery says 5-7 days...till your payment is processed,then delivery ETA's changes from days to weeks.

How is it possible that orders from companies like Temu etc (approx 13 000kms away) can reach SA in 2 weeks, but it takes Takealot 3- 4 weeks getting something from JHB to KZN? Stop lying to your customers about stock availabilty & ETA's..... Jack up you system!

Fortunately there are more and more online stores popping up- Online stores, that puts South Africans in touch with overseas suppliers....this will eventually cath up to Takelot and their bad service.
