ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

What in the actual F@*K is wrong with this place, order after order after order incorrect, starting from wrong colour to completely not even what I ordered…. You can’t get hold of anyone and absolutely no response what so ever, and don’t even waste your time to phone after being on hold for 20+ minutes you’ll be lucky if someone doesn’t just pic up and hang up straight away, and if someone does answer, you have to face either the most sarcastic and rude agent or they will act like they are assisting and then laugh and hang up!
