Absolutely pathetic

I purchased important items on Wednesday 19 October and delivery was stated to be by Friday 21 October. Now they have changed the delivery date to 24 October which a day I am on leave from work and thus cannot take delivery on that day. I saw that the items had not been shipped yet and I asked whether I can change the delivery address and I was told no because by the time they rep**** to my email the items had already been shipped. Even so most companies have no issues changing the delivery address even once it is with the courier company. Absolutely pathetic. Takealot no longer cares about it's customers
