Absolutely Pathetic
Ordered and paid (duplicated payment) for product. Supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 5 August. Did not materialise. After many phone calls and emails I cancelled the order on 12 August. Since then I have been trying to get money refunded. I have had 30 plus emails from Takealot ranging from \Your order has been delivered""
