Absolutely NO service delivery

Super disappointed in their poor service delivery. Parcel was way overdue. After complaining they finally let me know today that it would be delivered. I specially requested that the driver contact me once he is at the delivery address, as I live on a farm outside of town. Then all of a sudden I get return credited emails, reason apparently being a failed delivery. So now I have to explain to a 6 year old girl why she's still not getting her bday presents that she's been waiting for so long.
