Absolutely horrifying service
So disappointed in Takealot's service! Placed an order in 30 Jan for a set of 2 fans. Only 1 fan got delivered on 7 Feb. So instead of just giving me my second fan, "company policy" says they need to pick up 1 fan before sending the second one. Fan was picked up 8 February so now a week later, I have no fan and no credit added. Only answers I'm gett
