Absolutely ********** service

<p>What a complete waste of time and money. this company is so full of themselves its almost even funny. </p> <p> </p> <p>i ordered a few items from the takealot app on wednesday, paid immediately, and i got an email to say payment was recieved and order was dispatched. i was told that on friday before 5 pm my order will be delivered. i phoned on friday just to make sure, and was assured that it will be delivered before 5. well 6:30 came and no delivery. so i called again, told me it was delayed, but definately on monday. nothing came on monday. i called again, told me they will try to get delivery before 5 pm on monday, but 12 pm latest on tuesday, 12 pm came, and yeah, you guessed it, NO DELIVERY!!!!! so called again, and this time, i was almost dying of laughter 'coz this is turning into one HUGE joke. my package was delivered, finally YAY right???? maybe not, it was delivered to the wrong damn house. but my adress aparently, so yeah, how lucky am i to have 2 houses with the same adress. amazing right. anyways how can they tell me that i cant collect from the branch for security reasons, yet they can deliver to the wrong house, amazing security there right. just waiting for them to get back to me now. if my package was opened at "my other house" all hell WILL break loose. so yes, if i can even reccomend to one person that takealot is pointless, im good with that. </p>
