ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE ON FAULTY EQUIPMENT

Bought a R 3000 hp printer. Could not get it working so it linked to my wifi sent it back within 30 days, but I had already put the ink in the ink trays. I still had the box and wrapped the printer with ink inside and the left over ink because they said I MUST return everything. They send the printer back completely messed up with black ink everywhere saying the printer has been abused by me because of an ink leak meantime it was not damaged by me but the courier. So tough luck just lost R 3000!! disgusting
