Absolutely Disgusted with the the service especially after sending **** product!!

On the 15th December I bought a pair of Sades headsets from Takealot. I was please as the delivery was quite quick but when opening the box from Takealot I saw the box with the headsets and was extremely excited to try them out only to find that the box had been opened and was not what I had ordered. No user manual or Driver CD for headsets as well as the product being a complete knock off!!

I immediately contacted Takealot about the matter. The lady who assisted me ensured me that the guys will be picking up the headsets and give me another in return.

On arrival the guys did not have replacement headsets. I contacted Takealot to find out what is going on and they told me they have no stock.

After such a long wait I get told that. I am not pleased with them and I am honestly disgusted with the level of communication and lack of service!!

Nice way to treat new customers!!
