Absolutely disgusted by takelot and MEGA IT STORES to send people old used goods when advertised as new item

Be careful when buying on takealot . I bought a xbox controller as a gift online and was quite embarrassed when when my son opened it the weekend to find that it is an old used unit . Worst of all it pass the 30days to exchange , now the message I get from is that I need to take the item back to the store to check out. What adds to my frustration is that looking now under the review another client reported same experience , how the in the world does takealot allow this store to remain on their panel as a preferred supplier, I guess all they care about is making money that and hope that there be a few clients that does not through inspect everything they order so they can **** a penny .
